At GlobalCert not all systems are created equal. Our approach is to individualize every system that we build. We start by conducting a pre-assessment of your current processes and supporting documents. From there we put a plan together for how we will build your GFSI system utilizing what you already have in place and then modifying or adding to meet the requirements of the standard. We will create processes to minimize food hazards and identify where potential failures may arise. GlobalCert has developed an application that guides you through the certification process. Login and everything that you need to become certified is in one location.
Your consultant will be onsite as an educator and to organize the development of your system. They will visit your facility to review the intention of the standard, procedures and forms. As an output of this meeting, both you and the consultant will have tasks to complete. Both of you will work on those tasks prior to the next onsite visit. During the next visit these tasks will be reviewed and closed. A new set of clauses and procedures will then be reviewed. The process continues until the requirements are fully implemented. Your consultant will schedule the audit with the certifying body when your organization feels confident in the system.
